We ship worldwide via UPS. Shipping fees vary by country - the cost will be included in your cart when checking out. All international shipping fees include shipping insurance.

Please note: A handling fee of $30NZD is included in the price of shipping of all international orders. This covers Export Permit Applications in order for your stock/s to be shipped and any other necessary administrative tasks.

Shipping fees exclude any duties, fees, and/or taxes at destination.

Please check with your local authorities if an import permit is required.

PRODUCT RETURNS & WARRANTY

Warranty

For items that are made to order or customised, all sales are final and no refund will apply, unless, in the event that an order for such item has not yet gone into production, Kroseg Precision will at their discretion approve a refund on a case by case basis. Once an order is processed, no changes may be made. Until an item to be returned has been received by Kroseg Precision, the product remains the responsibility of the purchaser. Courier tracking and/or insurance is recommended for any item returned to us. Kroseg Precision will not be held liable for any item damaged or lost during shipping.

Please choose carefully when ordering as we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

Please contact us for clarification, prior to placing any order with Kroseg Precision, if you are unsure on any aspect of a product or do not understand the

policies within our Terms and Conditions.

Kroseg Precision provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all stocks for potential defects in material and workmanship. Potential defects do not include fair wear and tear from normal or excessive use, or small visual defects found as a result of manufacturing with carbon fibre (see full disclaimer here) whereby the functional capability or performance of the stock is not restricted or reduced. Any stock deemed to have a manufacturing fault or unreasonable defect will be replaced after inspection by our facility. Any aftermarket alterations or workmanship not provided by Kroseg Precision will void this Warranty. The Cervellati Microcell Recoil Pads used on our stocks are covered by a 2 year Warranty.

Please note that this Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase by way of receipt must be provided in order to make a Warranty claim.

Warranty Claims Process:

Please contact us to discuss prior to returning the stock.
Provide us with as much information as possible including photos.
If the stock needs to be returned to us for inspection, please arrange to do so. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange or return is due to error on our part. We recommend your package is insured and shipped via a reputable and trackable carrier service. Kroseg Precision are not liable for any items lost during return shipping.
Once we have inspected the stock we will contact you to discuss the outcome.
